Frequently Asked Questions
What age clients do you work with?
We work with people of all ages. The Behaviour Supports that we provide are tailored to suit the individual’s need and supported by current research and best practice.
Does my child require a clinical diagnosis for intervention to be effective?
Applied Behaviour Analysis has been clinically indicated to be effective for individuals with ADHD, Autism as well as Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. We provide support to clients with these diagnoses, however a growing number of our clients are referred with no diagnosis and require tailored support to help them in their home, educational and vocational settings.
Do you design Educational Programmes or Home Programs for children with Autism?
Yes. We specialise in developing and supervising Educational Programs for children who require specific ABA tuition provided by a Department of Education approved home tutor.
Can you offer training on Behaviour Supports to our service on-site?
While we offer regular courses and workshops on Behaviour Supports at our Learning Suite at DCU Alpha, we can facilitate off-site requests for training. We provide training to Schools, Pre-Schools, Social Care Services and Parents Groups. Contact Anne at reception for more details.
